In today's message, we consider Habakkuk's second complaint which is similar to his first one (1:2-4). In this second complaint, he asks, "Why are you allowing the unrighteous to succeed over the righteous? Why are you allowing this, God?" We'll think about his question and then look at God's response to him. God's main answer is that "the righteous will live by his faith" (2:4) which is the central theme of the entire book.
